Filtermist Limited specialises in extracting and filtering oil mist, smoke, dust, and fumes from industrial environments, offering oil mist collectors, dust and fume extraction systems, and related accessories.

Regulations concerning oil mist in the atmosphere vary from country to country, but almost all countries have guidelines concerning occupational health to protect people in their place of work. Filtermist oil mist filters help companies operating machine tools to protect their employees from exposure to harmful airborne oil mist particles by effectively filtering contaminated air at the source. The coolant returns for collection or re-use, while the system exhausts clean air back into the workshop.

Equipment

S Series:

Filtermist’s S Series oil mist collectors are compact, lightweight and designed to be directly mounted onto machine tools. They can also be fitted using floor stands and machine mounting brackets.

FX Series:

FX oil mist collectors are available with a number of mounting options including floor stands and machine mounts. Filtermist FX and S series oil mist collectors are available in standard mild steel construction and also stainless steel versions for use in hazardous or corrosive environments.

S Fusion:

S Fusion and FX Fusion successfully remove submicron particles generated in neat oil applications by combining a hi-tech synthetic self-draining media filter with Filtermist’s proven centrifugal technology – offering an effective alternative to other products in the high-pressure coolant market.
