Metal Forming Lubricants – QH PRESSMAXTM FWW 2500

Description

QH PRESSMAXTM FWW 2500 is based on a blend of additives, which provide good adhesion on the die surface and excellent surface wetting properties which improve successfully lubricity for ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

It is recommended that dilutions are made with suitable mixing equipment. If manually mixing, add water slowly to the product while mixing for best results.

Applications

QH PRESSMAXTM FWW 2500 is a water-based forging lubricant formulated for closed die forging alloys such Steel, Stainless Steel, aluminium and copper alloys.

QH PRESSMAXTM FWW 2500 forms a coating on the die with excellent release and lubricating properties. This coating allows good metal flow during hot and warm forming, leaving an adherent and resistant film on the die even at high die temperatures.
