Metal Removal fluids act as both a lubricant and coolant, reducing friction between the workpiece and the machine tool. Our fluids are formulated for various metals and local conditions, making them ideal for broaching, drilling, EDM, grinding, hobbing, honing, milling, MQL, reaming, tapping, and turning.

• Soluble Oils: High mineral oil content provides maximum tool life, corrosion prevention, and excellent part finish.
• Semi Synthetics: Balanced between higher oil content soluble oils and zero oil content synthetics, offering cleanliness, machining efficiency, corrosion resistance, and low foam characteristics.
• Synthetics (True Solution): Contain no mineral oil, providing optimal cooling and minimal foam development. All components are fully water soluble.
• Neat Oils: Cutting and grinding oils are designed to meet OEM requirements, extending tool life for light- to heavy-duty applications. Our grinding oils cater to both high-speed grinding and specialised applications.
