Metal Removal Fluids – MACRON 805 M-10 VEG

Description

MACRON® 805 M-10 VEG is based on synthetic esters from renewable sources. Due to the small amount of unsaturated fatty acids the product shows high hydrolytic ond oxidation stability. It is compatible with 2 component paints and seal material as used for HEES hydraulic oils.

MACRON® 805 M-10 VEGis free from Chlorine, active Sulphur, heavy metals (Zinc) and mineral oil.

Applications

MACRON® 805 M-10 VEG is designed for heavy-duty operations such as gear grinding, hobbing, turning, deep hole drilling, lapping and high-speed grinding, with a wide range of materials such as steel of high tensile strength, titanium, yellow metals and aluminium alloys.

MACRON® 805 M-10 VEG can also be used for the manufacturing of carbide and HSS tools.
